 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

 United States: 7–15 business days

Canada: 8–18 business days

United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

Australia: 8–18 business days

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped.

While we strive to deliver orders on time, Viora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Viora is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
